These terms and conditions govern dealings with Blum for Kitchens regarding design, manufacturing and installation orders. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Designs and proposals produced by Blum for Kitchens are the company's intellectual property and may not be used or shared with third parties without written permission. The binding prices are those stated in the signed quotation.
The company is committed to the delivery dates agreed in the contract, excluding force majeure or additional modifications requested by the client after design approval.
The warranty covers manufacturing and installation defects as detailed in the contract, and does not cover misuse or damage caused by external factors. Any dispute is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
